We offer reservations for Custom Tours, the conditions may vary since we usually approach at least two of our partners to get you best quote. However, unless stated otherwise the following conditions apply:
A tour guide will meet you at any previously agreed location. The tours can be carried out on foot or transportation can be arranged by us.
2. What languages are offered for guided tours?
For Custom guided tours are available in English, German, Italian, Russian and French. Other languages may be available on request.
3. What are the prices on guide services?
Prices are provided at Custom Sofia Guided Tours. You will receive an exact price offer from our staff. Generally, rates depend on duration, group size and language required.

Airport Transfers FAQ
1. What are the on airport transfers offered through www.HotelsInSofia.com?
Since we regularly check with at least two of our partners to get you best quote, the conditions may vary. However, unless stated otherwise the following conditions apply:
The transfer is operated not by www.HotelsInSofia.com but by a partner agency. The vehicles used by our partner companies are air-conditioned, equipped with state of the art safety devices (ABS, EDS, airbags), undergo annual safety inspections and are covered by a passenger accident insurance policy. Vehicles are driven by professional drivers who undergo annual driving examinations and medical checks.
We will give you the mobile phone number directly for our partner agency taking care of your pick-up. If any of your connecting flights are delayed, you are asked to phone the agency ASAP to have the driver rescheduled.
If the last leg of your flight is delayed by any amount of time, the driver will simply wait (he will know your flight number, so he will find out if there is a minor delay). If the car has to wait for a very long time (a delay of more than an hour), you may have to cover the cost of airport parking (about EUR 2.00 per hour).
The car is always provided exclusively for you and your party. Unless agreed otherwise, the driver will wait at the arrivals hall of the airport with a sign with your name on it.

The hotels have different pet policies – so we have to checked with the hotel is it possible to stay with your pet. Please confirm if your pet is large or small, and if it has any special requirements. Also bear in mind any laws regarding the transport of animals between your own country, and the Republic of Bulgaria.

13. How do I make a booking?
Use the Availability Search facility and follow the instructions.
14. Will I receive a reservation confirmation number?
Your reservation will be given a reference number , that appears on the email we send to confirm your booking. Please print out this email and bring it with you to the hotel.
15. How do I know when my reservation is confirmed?
We will send you a confirmation email immediately after you complete your reservation. This email will include your booking details, prices and reference number.
16. Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?
Yes, payment for our services on this site can only be made by credit card. If for any reason you cannot use a credit card for payment, for a larger party / group for example, please contact us by email to check options for alternative arrangements.
17. How and When will my Credit Card be charged?
Your credit card will be debited 100% of the cost of your accommodation, at the time you receive a confirmation. In addition, a 2 EUR booking fee will also be charged. These amounts are non-refundable, if you cancel your reservation.

21. How do I get from the airport to the Hotel?
At the airport there is a office of taxi company “OKAY SUPERTRANS. However, because there are a number of fake taxi cars in Sofia, be sure that the taxi displays its rates. You can also take the Bus no. 84 from the Bus station, which is outside the Departure Hall Entrance.
22. What do I need for check-in at the Hotel?
You have to give your passport for register, you must show your voucher which we email to you, and which you can print from your computer. The reservation will already be made in the hotel. The Hotel may ask for your credit card details for extras, such as telephone calls, mini-bar, room service, etc.
23. What do I do upon departure from the Hotel?
When you check out from hotel, the key must be handed in at the reception and the bill for any extras must be paid in full.
